In May 2025, we opened new job opportunities for Customer Service Representatives and an Operations Manager at our Durban contact centre. By June, our newest recruits already impacted customer care directly.

Although we have filled the Operations Manager role, we continue hiring customer service representatives. This effort reflects our strong commitment to empower more young people in KwaZulu-Natal with stable jobs in this growing sector.

As of the first quarter of 2025, the unemployment rate for individuals aged 15–24 stands at a staggering 62.4%, while the broader youth unemployment rate for those aged 15–34 is 46.1%.
