Key Responsibilities
• Manage call center campaigns end-to-end
• Lead and manage team leaders and agents
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
• Manage workforce planning and headcount requirements
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Real-Time teams
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure operational efficiency and productivity
• Drive continuous improvement across campaigns
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center management role
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and targets
• Workforce management experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
