
The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling customer enquiries for a UK-based campaign during evening hours. This role focuses on delivering professional, accurate, and brand-aligned customer support across designated communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries via voice, email, and/or chat (campaign dependent)

Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customers

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality

Follow defined processes, playbooks, and tone guidelines

Escalate queries or issues according to established procedures

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions where required

Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
