Customer Service Advisors

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling customer enquiries for a UK-based campaign during evening hours. This role focuses on delivering professional, accurate, and brand-aligned customer support across designated communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via voice, email, and/or chat (campaign dependent)

  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customers

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality

  • Follow defined processes, playbooks, and tone guidelines

  • Escalate queries or issues according to established procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions where required

  • Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Customer service or contact centre experience preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Calm, professional, and customer-focused approach

  • Availability to work 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (SA Time) consistently

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
