SkyHigh Global is looking for an experienced IT Professional to support our expanding customer support operations.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining our systems, strengthening network reliability, and ensuring data security across our contact centre infrastructure.
This role suits someone who’s hands-on, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Minimum Requirements

3+ years of IT experience in a contact centre or BPO environment

Strong technical foundation in:

Networking (LAN/WAN configuration, troubleshooting)

Cybersecurity best practices

Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)

Proven ability to support multi-user environments and resolve technical incidents efficiently
Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Clear communication and teamwork abilities

Calm under pressure; focused on reliability and service continuity
Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
